It was Mallorca’s own Father Junípero Serra who carried vine cuttings from Spain to California in the 1700s, planting the first vineyards alongside the missions.
Centuries later, it felt almost inevitable that a wine producer from Napa Valley and a sommelier-entrepreneur from California’s Central Valley would each find their way—separately, and by chance—to Mallorca.

That shared viticultural lineage, and a mutual devotion to wine and place, sparked an immediate connection between Kristy and Eve—and the inspiration to create 2Birds Wine Tasting.
